 DIRECT CARE – Special Needs (Liberty Hill, TX)


What is a "Direct Caregiver?"

The key responsibility of a direct caregiver is to provide the care and support necessary to elevate the quality of life for our kids with special needs. Direct caregivers create a safe and secure environment, provide personal care (bathing, feeding, dressing) and behavioral support, and meet the emotional needs of each kid.


Our direct care staff members receive competitive pay, extensive training, solid support and meaningful benefits to assist them in taking the best care possible of our residents.


Shifts & Compensation:

Base compensation - $40-46K

  • 2p-10p – $17/hr
  • 10p-6a – $18/hr
  • Weekend- $19/hr

+ 8 hour shifts

+ Generous benefits

+ Overtime opportunities available
